These sessions are designed to explore your needs, answer questions, and ensure alignment with NexGen’s support model. - Complimentary consultations are available to new clients only. - One session per prospective client or organisation. - Consultations must be booked via our website using the designated scheduling tool. - You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details and a short intake form to complete prior to the session. - Duration: 45 minutes - Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. - Missed appointments without notice will forfeit the complimentary session and you will need to pay to book another session. - Repeated cancellations may result in limited booking access. - All information shared during the consultation is treated with discretion and in accordance with NexGen’s confidentiality standards.
