NexGen was founded by me, Sabrina Cohen, a senior operator with over two decades of experience partnering with CEOs and global leaders across financial services, investment banking, insurance, and wealth management. 

After years of working in high pressure environments and being recognised for delivering excellent executive partnership, it became clear that organisations needed more than execution, they needed strategic partnership that strengthens delivery, creates clarity, and elevates leadership performance.
